Almost never.
Are non-Lowell organizations encouraged to apply for Lowell-based projects?
Yes.
Is there a preferred grant size?
There is no hard and fast rule regarding size of request or grant, but most grants fall within the range of $15,000-50,000. Lower or higher requests will be equally considered.
Does the Foundation make multiple-year grants?
Occasionally.
Do you support project, capital and operating costs?
We support project and capital costs, but, with the exception of startup grants, are reluctant to support general operations.
